Celebrating 50 years of the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University

The College of Architecture has built an extraordinary legacy at Texas A&M (and beyond) in its first five decades. Join us in our yearlong celebration, which will culminate in a slate of special events on the Texas A&M campus in November 2019.

“All of the year’s festivities and special events are opportunities for our former students to gather and reminisce with faculty, friends, and current students about their formative years on campus, as well as share their vision about the future of all the disciplines in the college,” said Jorge A. Vanegas, dean of the college. “It’s very exciting to think about the college’s storied past and to imagine how it will continue to play a leading role in shaping the natural, built, and virtual environments.”

Special Events

Please join us for a slate of special events in November 2019, which will include our annual Outstanding Alumni Awards banquet, a daylong Celebration of Learning in the Langford Architecture Center, and a tailgate party prior to the Texas A&M versus South Carolina football game. Learn more about each event HERE.
